I’ve played and composed for 20+ years and am currently accepting students.

I specialize in helping students find their own music. I believe every student has a unique musical voice, and its my job to help you find it.

I do this by developing curriculum based on each individual students needs and desires. I rarely have all my students working on the same exercises and concepts. Rather, I develop personalized exercises for each individual.

I offer beginning to advanced private saxophone lessons as well as lessons in theory, composition and improvisation. Style doesn’t matter, I can help you…

Showing students how to study, how to practice, how to listen, and how to become their own teacher is paramount in my educational philosophy. I strive to help students develop their musical intuition, intelligence, confidence and consistency, and to enable them to become their own artist.
