Frieze of Life hasn't played music for awhile but we have a gig coming up on November 2nd, 2009 in a location TBA.

FOL is a bitchin band, we've been off now for 3 or 4 years becasue we've all been doin other shit. A freind of Mark's, Russ Johnson has agreed to do the gig with us since we haven't convinced Jay to come back to trumpet playing. This will occur on Nov 2.

I friggin love playing with all these guys and I think this will be really fun. We've all known each other for a long time...
